Established in 2003, Taian Jinhai Experimental Equipment Factory is a specialized manufacturer of fuel injection pump testing benches, hole-plate standard injectors, and pintle standard injectors. As a member of the Chinese Gas Engine Industry Union (CICEIA), we are a corporation engaged in scientific research, production and sale of superior quality products.

Possessing a branch company, the fixed assets are more than USD3,000,000. With the support of more than 80 employees and more than 10 skilled workers, the annual productivity has reached 500 sets of fuel injection pump testing benches, over 2,000 injector testers, over 10,000 hole-plate standard injectors and pintle standard injectors, which are used for testing bench and the supplying of uniform interrelated testing bench accessories.

Moreover, we widely offer service to many companies of fuel injection pumps and nozzles, and to many big and normal servicing places, such as automobile maintenance, engineering mechanics, and shipping mechanics. We use frequency and velocity tuning, which are new technique in 1990s in the world, as well as high capability inverter, high reliability, ultra-low-noise, and perfect linear velocity tuning, along with perfect auto-protecting function. The electric motor and workbench are incorporated with high constructional precision, electric motor directly output, high output power, low electricity startup, energy saving and high efficiency, stable and reliable rotate speed, and high testing precision properties.

Positive and negative rotate speeds of 0 - 4,000r/min are preset arbitrarily. Rotate speed, temperature control, count, pressure, and advance angle are in screen display or digital display. Our testing benches can be divided into many models based on functions, such as 12PSB-programmable controllers model, 12PSB-2 fissional work station model, 12PSB-3 screen & digital display model, 12PSB-4 full function model, and 12PSB-5 incorporated workstation model. Every model has 4 power standards, which are 5.5kW, 7.5kW, 11kW, and 15kW.

Beside producing hole-plate standard injectors and pintle standard injectors, injector nozzle validators, we also supply standard injectors maintenance service, so as to better maximize customers' values.
